The objective of the health-check is to perform a high level review and benchmark of your fraud control environment. This is all of the top level and strategic considerations relating to fraud, such as the adequacy of your fraud policy and the level or responsibility for fraud in the organisation. We will also look at some specific fraud risks affecting your business and some of the key controls to mitigate against these risks.

Sample measurement deliverables:

The health-check itself is usually performed by way of workshop at your offices and takes approximately 4 hours. Following the workshop we will deliver our high level assessment including clear metrics allowing you to benchmark your performance and identify any obvious gaps

All work will be conducted in confidence and is a great way to see if our approach fits with your organisation.
